Bespoke Baby Room changed names on 5th March 2010 from NappyWardrobe to reflect the new products being stocked. This change does not affect your purchases or any previous purchases.
Delivery Policy:
Bespoke Baby Room will dispatch goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. If your goods are out of stock, you will be emailed to confirm expected delivery and maybe offer a substitution.
Proof of postage is kept for every delivery and Parcelforce Deliveries have a tracking number which you will receive. Please check your parcel before signing for any signs of damage. Please contact Bespoke Baby Room with 24 hours for any concerns over product condition upon delivery.

Returns Policy:
If you change your mind about your purchase, it must be in an unopened, sealed condition. Goods must be unused and unwashed - once used or washed they cannot be returned. Made to measure and custom items will not be refunded unless faulty.
If you are having any problems with your nappies, please email me first - there is normally a simple solution - bespokebabyroom@googlemail.com Faulty items will be replaced or refunded once the manufacturer has confirmed through a testing procedure that the goods are faulty or if it is obvious to Bespoke Baby Room that the goods are substandard e.g. stitching undone etc.
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 28 days after purchase. There is a 10% restocking and administration charge for goods which are simply returned - this does not apply to exchanges. Postage will not be refunded unless faulty.
Goods which fulfil this criteria may be returned at your cost to Bespoke Baby Room, 12 Nursery Road, Colerne, Wiltshire SN14 8BZ. Proof of Purchase and Recorded Delivery are required.
You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.

(9) Bespoke Baby Room does not store or share any financial information about you or any transaction outisde of the secure Paypal payment system and Virtual Terminal. All details are held securely within the system. When paying by phone, your financial details will be entered directly into the system and not written down elsewhere or stored. Cheques are banked into a commerical account and details are not stored or shared.
